Agung Udijana was born and raised in a small town in The Netherlands, called Harderwijk. His parents come from the beautiful island Bali (Indonesia), who moved to Holland in the 60’s, where Agung was later born (1976). Udijana has a younger sister and an older brother. Upon high school graduation, Udijana relocated to Amsterdam to attend the “Vrije Universiteit” and study Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems in 2001, giving him his Master of Arts (M.A.) title. Agung who speaks fluently Dutch (native language), English, Indonesian and also a bit of German, has been fascinated with acting since he was a little kid. Back in elementary school and high school he often participated in musicals. After graduating, he focused on working as an IT Professional for four years before deciding to look for other challenges. It didn’t take long before model & artist agencies in Indonesia spotted him and soon he found himself starring in numerous of TV commercials for many large multi-national companies. Soon Udijana starred in Indonesian television movies, soap dramas, sitcoms and also cinema movies like “Sumpah in Pocong!” (2008) and “Hearts of Freedom” (2010), directed and produced by Conor Allyn, who later produced and directed “Java Heat” (2011), in which Agung also plays a part as Andi, featuring beside Kellan Lutz and Mickey Rourke.
